NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2006
This is formal notice that the Annual General Meeting of Reading Track Cycling League and its trading organisation Reading Velodrome Racing will take place on Monday, September 18th in the Club room at Palmer Park Sports Stadium following the season's prize presentation, starting at 8 p.m.
Items for inclusion on the agenda should be sent in writing to the Secretary, Shelagh Dennis, 270 Nine Mile Ride, Finchampstead, Wokingham, RG40 3NT before Saturday September 5th.
N.B. Participation in the business is open to Administration officers, Officials listed on the panel, paid up members of the Senior Track League and parents of Youth League members.
