Reading Track Cycling League wishes everyone who logs on a Happy New Year and hope we will see a lot of you at the first meeting on Monday April 21st.
The Senior and Youth racing schedules are now available to view.
We are only including 3 Regional Championships in the Track League programme. We are hoping to run the Regional Individual Pursuit and the Team Pursuit on a Tuesday evening, dates to be confirmed. If we can get the loan of the photo finish equipment from British Cycling Central Region we will run the Regional 20k on one Monday evening.
Shane Benson has taken over from Philip Jackson as the Youth Organiser and is organising Madison races. The Madison races will consist of one senior Youth and one younger youth in the team .The older youth can only bridge a gap and not attack. The younger youth may attack as much as they like.
Hopefully this will be a season long event with the same pairing . Shane will be giving some training to those interested.
