Track bike training stars on Thursday 2nd April
The Thursday evening road bike training session changes to track bikes from 2nd April.
Central Region Track Championships 2009
Details of these championships can be found on our Regional Championships page.
The only ones that will not be on a Monday evening are the Individual Pursuit heats and final and the Club Team Pursuit heats and final which are on Tuesday evenings.
Palmer Park Sports Stadium : Myride...Indoor Cycling
Palmer Park have 15 stationary bikes in the area where the Costa Coffee shop and bar used to be. There are instructor led classes and personal workouts. From fitness beginners, rehabilitation, GP referral to sporting athletes, iRide is ideal for everyone.
