Hi guys,
A reminder that we have a pre national masters champs STS this Sunday 1-6pm at Newport ideal prep the week before the champs, places still left.
We also have a pre Euros STS at Newport Sunday 11th July, again 1-6pm. Attached is a flyer for Fast Track Coaching's first sports psychology workshop on the 10th of July at Newport, book early as numbers will be very limited!
Also as some of you have heard I had a little tumble and I am now looking for a Mavic front 5 spoke, Casco Warp 3 size medium and Easton EC90 bars 40cm, if anyone has any of these they want to sell let me know asap please
