WOMENS TRACK COACHING AND TRAINING DAY

For Novice, Junior, 4th, 3rd & 2nd Category Female Riders
U14 & U16 Female Youths

Saturday, 1st October, 2005,
commencing at 1.00 pm to approximately 4.00 pm,

at Palmer Park Sports Stadium,
Wokingham Road,
Reading, Berkshire, RG6 1LF

Skill and Fitness Sessions. Ability Races. Dernys, if available.

Under the guidance of Qualified Coaches.

Some track bikes available (at a small charge), but these need to be booked in advance. Bring your own pedals.

Helmets must be worn.

Refreshments available.

Changing Facilities and Showers.

Cost

• £10 Advance Entry
• £12 on the day.

Under 16 * :

• £5 Advance Entry
• £6 on the day.

* Under 16's Parental Consent Form required.
