Reading Sports Personality Awards 2011
At the AGM it was agreed that I would nominate Mike Mullett for the category Loyalty Award and Matt Gittings for the Male Sports Personality Award. Both Mike and Matt were invited to this presentation at the Hilton Hotel Reading on Sunday 15th January.
Gordon and Dick Poole joined Mike and his wife and Paul and Helen Gittings at the presentation but Matt could not attend as he is back in the USA.
Mike was one of 12 from various sports to receive a Loyalty Award.
The next to last award was the Male Sports Personality 2011 and this went to Matt Gittings and was presented to Helen Gittings on his behalf.
