Abbie Dentus’s nomination for ‘Female Junior Sports Personality of the Year’ has been accepted. These awards take place on Sunday 8^th December at the Hilton Hotel, Reading .

Since her nomination she has told me that she has been selected for the Olympic Development Programme. Congratulations Abbie.

Martin Todd’s nomination for ‘Helper/Official Loyalty Award’ has also been accepted. Martin has been involved with the Monday Track League for over 20 years in various capacities. For the last few years he has been Chief Judge, Chief Commissaire and is heavily involved in the servicing and maintenance of the fleet of derny pacing motors.

The qualifying criteria is that the nominee must either live in the Borough of Reading or be a member of a Reading based club.
